If i had to tell you about how my day was in one word I would say- Decent. I feel that a whole day can not be described in one word. I dont know about your life but mine changes based on the situation.
I woke up dreading work. This past work week hasn't been the best. I work with special needs kids who are high school aged and some days/hours/mins are just harder than others. Don't get me wrong- i love my job, but like everything there are always moments you will cherish forever, and others you really wish to forget. I went to work with a goal to have a better day than those in this past week and was determined to meet my goal. By miracle/chance/fate I met it! My goal wasn't totally dependent on myself so I was so glad when I was able to get into my car, take a deep breath and realize my goal had been met.
I called weight watchers today and canceled my account, and got a refund for what they did charge me. Its a good program but i don't want to go through the process i must go through every 3 months in order to receive it for free through my work. It was a bitter sweet moment. I was happy I was able to finally get this process completed (they haven't been the fastest at responding), but a part of me was sad that i would not have that little bit of routine connected to WW anymore. However I believe I don't need it to continue to be successful. I know what I must do in order to lose/maintain weight and its just a matter or doing it.
I attempted calling comcast to get our rate dropped- im really not a fan of paying $113 for internet and tv but I am not the main person on the account ( keo is) and I was unable to get the account number so that still has yet to be taken care of.
As i write this I am a little excited because I am waiting for keo to get off work. I look forward to attending another free movie with him. We belong to a site where we get free movie screenings so not only do we get a free movie, but we get a chance to see it before it comes out which can be exciting.
So summed up- I think I've had a decent day!
